Returns & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-10 days
Sometimes things don't work out the way we plan, but we want to make sure our babes feel comfortable shopping online with us.
At this time, we only offer exchanges or store credit.
In store: We will accept returns within 7 days No Exceptions.
Online orders: We will accept returns within 15 days from the date your item was delivered.
All items MUST be unused, unworn, and have original tags on them to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Shoes must be unworn and have no scuffs. We know you need to try them on, so please be mindful and do so on the carpet. Any signs of wear or scuffs on the sole will be ineligible for a return.
Sale items, discount code items, accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, and intimates are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return. No Exceptions.
If requesting a return, please reference your order number.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any items on sale, marked down, purchased with a discount code, accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, and intimates.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to many reasons out of our control, such as photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Any damaged or incorrect item received MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please send an email and photo of such items to email@example.com.
We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. In the event your package is damaged, misplaced, or lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We suggest paying for tracking when selecting your shipping method.
If we offer free shipping, all orders will have a tracking number.
Once we receive your return, all items will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. If your return is approved, you will either receive a store credit via a gift card or a new size will be sent out within 3 days of approval.
In the unfortunate event that you do not care for the fit, size, color, fabric, or style, the return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. If the item is a new arrival, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your store credit.
